The Application Process has a series of steps which helps the Academy determine the best candidates for the program. Furthermore, these steps helps the student and their family prepare for the unique expectations that the Academy has for participation through the four Modules of training over the course of time.
Open to Middle School Students (6-8).
New Students to the Academy:
Step One:
Student and Parent must fill out an online application form: Kidlead Application
Step Two:
All students must have a parent and a teacher complete the online Social Influence Survey (SIS) found at: Social Influence Survey
Step Three:
Qualified candidates will be determined by the Leadership Team and will receive a letter of Acceptance.
Either the candidate will sign Acceptance Letter and return with Academy Fee by the specified date.
Or, qualified candidate declines the acceptance, at which the next qualified applicant will receive a letter of Acceptance.
Returning Students for New Module:
Step One:
Student and Parent must fill out another online application form: Kidlead Application
Students are not required to have additional SIS completed.
Step Two:
Qualified candidates will be determined by the Leadership Team and will receive a letter of Acceptance for the new Module.
Either the candidate will sign Acceptance Letter and return with Academy Fee by the specified date.
Or, qualified candidate declines the acceptance, at which the next qualified applicant will receive a letter of Acceptance.
