The Leadership Academy of Tabernacle School provides a formal after school program that teaches ethical and effective leadership standards that are needed in corporate, non-profit and ministry organizations . The Academy has partnered with the curriculum designed by author and trainer, Dr. Alan Nelson. He is founder of KidLead, an international Leadership Educational organization.
The Academy facilitates a module designed curriculum after school. The curriculum has four modules. One module per semester over a two year period. In alignment with the curriculum, the students will have field trips to local organizations to see and hear from local leaders how their life experiences, decisions, and education brought them to exercising their gifts of leadership. Our program is currently designed for our 6th - 8th grade students.
