Enrollment Procedure and Application Forms

Step 1: Complete the Application and return it to the Registrar. Accessment fees may be paid at this time.

  a. Emergency Medical & Security Information
  b. Statement of Cooperation for Parents or Guardians
  c. Those transferring to Tabernacle from another elementary school must also provide (1) the most recent report card, and (2) recent standardized test scores.

Step 2: An assessment will be scheduled with an administrator. Assessment fees must be paid prior to taking the assessment test. Enrollment fees must be paid at the end of the assessment to ensure your spot at Tabernacle.

    Assessment Policy
  a. All Kindergarten students will be assessed for developmental placement before being admitted. General achievement should be approximately at or above grade level.
  b. All new students to Tabernacle will be given an entrance assessment to discern student placement (with the exception of preschool and Jr. Kindergarten).
